Praneet has a background of working with heavy commercial and domestic electronics, mechanical and hydraulic equipment. He brings this technical experience and expertise to his new role as Technical and Customer Support Manager for Phoeniks.

Praneet has gathered extensive technical knowledge and experience on working, troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of machines from different industries with technical training at manufacturing facilities in Germany, England and Italy.
