This cooking suite has been designed and built according to Chef Adam Sanderson’s requirements. 4meter long and 2m wide all electric cooking suite, fitted with surface inductions, griddles, pasta-cooker, deep fat fryer and ovens. One piece top, 3mm thickness, delivered in one piece and installed in the kitchen through a hole in the kitchen wall.
Executive Chef Adam Sanderson will be leading the charge in the kitchen and will bring a fresh approach to the 5 and 8 course degustation and a la carte menus, drawing inspiration from the concept of terroir, of place, and the amazing produce that is grown and found on the Mornington Peninsula.

After a significant fire forced owners Martin and Karen Spedding to close their beloved venue in February 2018, the restaurant was reopened in November 2019. An MKN custom-made cooking suite is the centrepiece of the new open kitchen.
